Receip Corn Fritters

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
  7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve warm, either as a side dish or as a snack. Enjoy with a dipping sauce or a dollop of sour cream if you like!
